Default Disconnected Battery & SERT questions

I've had my Battery out of my 05 Ultra for several months. I did put it on a Battery Tender.

I've installed K&N and T-Rex True Duals. I have the SERT although I'm unsure which map to select before I take it to the dealer.

My first concern is in returning the battery back to the Ultra which has a Security System. Am I going to have any new issues to deal with or will it be like I've never had the battery out?

Also any advice on how to set up and apply a preliminary SERT (probably put 300-400 miles on before getting to the dealer) would be appreciated.

Thank you for your response Bryan

Not sure what I'm supposed to look at on the left side. But if your asking about the P/N for the Fuell Injectors it's 27609-01A.

As you know the system changed to a closed loop on the 06's.

I'm thinking I need to use 127LF004-B0.MT6 from:

Calibration #8: 2004 – 2005 Touring , 2001 – 2003 FLSTSi and 2005 FLSTSCi
Configuration: 1450 SE A/C and Mufflers
File Name: 105LF003-D0.MT6, 127LF004-B0.MT6
Components:
• SE Air Cleaner and Breather Kit P/N 29440-99B
• SE Performance Touring Mufflers P/N 65115-98B or 65116-98A

This should be OK as a preliminary until I can get it to the dealer.

Zugaugh, my dealer use that map for my 05 Ultra with the Stage 1 and exhaust, they then tweeked out another 4HP and 7 ft. lbs. of torque on the Dyno. I installed the parts and SERT and rode around with that map for like 1500 miles before the Dyno was done.

It's is hard to install this SERT? I haven't found the connector on my Ultra but I assume it's around the fuse cover. I'm thinking I'll move my desktop into the garage and try to load it after I finish putting my fairings and tank back on.

I've ordered a Security II siren and pager. But I think I want to get it up and running before I try to do something that might cause a problem. I may need to read about the Security System since I've had my battery disconnected for several months. That may require some sort of reset.

Anyway, after I get the engine started I'll try to load that SERT. Can't wait to really hear the new pipes :=]

SERT connector is under the right side cover. Fuse block is on the left side. Bruce
