Yes. Any glossy powder can be buffed out just as you would with a liquid paint job. Don't try buffing semi-gloss or flat finishes though... you'll make them glossy. BTW - that goes for liquid paint as well.

My powder coater has my 16" Chubby bars right now. We agreed not to do the grip area or the knurled area. He's charging me $40. Is that about right?
