I was set on the '08 Candy, shattered my wrist and was down for six months. Now that I can actually pull the clutch again, I have been looking at the Sunglo, which is beautiful!! But I gotta tell ya, that blue's got my name all over it!! Keep the pictures coming!!
Well that Red one is mine and that's the only pic I have of a blue one. I like the blue too but think its a tad too dark and drab. My second choice would have been vivid black. Actually I love Orange and had HD made the RG in a true orange, that would definitely been first choice but their orange is more like "salmon" color. wasn't for me so Red it is! (I'll bet the blue is nice in person though, or in the sun.) Tough choice right?
I notice your Road Glide pictures hardly ever show a view from the seat. The front and side views make the fairing style more appealing but when I look up through the dash and into that high windshield, the bike looks really odd to me again. I'm not trying to **** anyone off, I'm just saying...

Saw a BLUE '09 last month....looks good in the daylight... so does the RED...heck I saw a YELLOW S/E, again gool looking bikes... but I figure I got another 100k to squeeze outta my '05, so unless I hit the lotto...I'll keep what I got...
I kinda wonder about the "vivid black" I read so many posts here about how the paint is so sensitive, a finger's touch, will cause cracks??? WTF??? I buy motorcycles to RIDE... and that means crap happens.. and I want a bike (and a paint job) that will take what the road gives... which is bugs, rocks, acorns etc etc etc
I have to admit the looks of that fairing is growing on me and I would like to try one out sometime but Road Glides are rare around here and dealers don't offer rides. Every time I ride my Fatboy next to a tractor trailer on the interstate, I start wondering how well they'd slice through the turbulence.
