Default question for ultra owners

I'm curious, can the tour pak on the Ultra be mounted like the attached picture for a solo rider...???

I know they make a detachable tour pac solo mount for the softail as my wife has one on her bike... Do they make one for the Ultra..??

This doesn't say Ultra but yes, but you will need a solo seat also I believe.

There will be some other stuff too. Contact a dealer.

Detachable Solo Tour-PakŽ Rack

The Solo Tour-PakŽ Rack moves a Chopped or King Tour-PakŽ forward to a comfortable back supporting position. The rack is designed to position the Tour-PakŽ for solo riding and is adjustable over a 3/4" range. Simply remove the Tour-PakŽ from the convenient detachable hardware, add a passenger pillion, and the bike is ready for two-up riding. Tour-PakŽ, Passenger Backrest Pad and Docking Hardware sold separately.

Docking Hardware Fitment Matrix
This product is available in multiple variations. Be sure to look for the one that fits the specific model and year of your motorcycle.

Hey, Thanks a lot for the information... I know little about the FLH or FLT models of Harley as I've been riding a softail for years...

I'm thinking of buying a used Ultra when I can find one at a good price. Since the wife has her own Softail to ride I want to set up the Ultra for solo only riding. Don't like that tour pak hanging off the back like that when it is set for two up riding but riding solo...

By the way the photo was created using MS Paint... nothing fancy like photoshop...

The orignal photo

after cutting and pasting the tour pak

Can't wait to try to throw my leg over the tour pac, bad enough with the back rest. Might have to ride sidesaddle.
