ok....the topic is the head lamp set up. I'm really tore between the classic look of the 3 light set with the passing lamps installed vs. the "clean" look of the stock one head lamp. How about some pics of those that have made the change and any thoughts "do or not to do".

What say ye??

My preference is the 3 light setup ... IMO: looks sweet!

While I have not yet installed on my '06, I am leaning towards this one...

I am told that this one was from a screaming eagle edition of one of the touring bikes recently (don't recall which bike).

The thing I liked about it was that it maintains a streamlined look (IMHO) without adding the bar below the headlight like the RK Classic and others.

I have a lava red also, I vote no way. That's why I bought the "custom". I love the clean uncluttered lines.

I kike the 3 light set-up, plus you are more visible to cars coming at you. It is easier for them to your gauge speed.

I like the clean stock look. But if I were to put them on I would use the mounts that were listed above.....no cross bar. One plus about installing them is that you will actually get to hook up one of the existing switches to something, I hate that they are there and dont do anything. Hmm.

I prefer two headlamps!

Sorry guys... couldn't resist!

On the RK, the classic headlamp & passing lamps looks "right".

I like the look of the one head light.... One of the reasons I got the custom. But sometimes that extra light would be nice.
