Default New Injectors installed

Got my bike back from installing the new 25 degree injectors. Went out for a ride today. Not much difference in performance, but I did notice the engine was alot hotter (on my under legs) than I rememeber. Maybe it was just me after reading all you guys posts about the heat......????

The bike didn't stall, but it pop a couple times. I think I really pissed those guys off, because they didnt say much to me accept bring my bike out (but who cares)...I really need to double check to make sure they did install them I guess...LOL

I probly won't take it back becasue I will be installing V&H classis slipons, Arlenness Big sucker (as soon as they come out), and CERT. I have a buddy who never take his bike in (he feels they are all stupid) so he works on harleys from home. But I wanted to get the injectors in first so they couldnt use the excuse "you screwwed things up by adding those things".............

Same here in FInland, I have been driving about 200 miles in allmost winter temperature and I have stock settup exept the 25DEC injectors and some new EFI software that the stealer installed under warranty. I never tried it before so it have been running since new with the 25DEC injectors and no popping or problem at all. Havent accelerated with full throtle yet BUT I think this engine has potential. I had a SE big bore kit with Se 203 cams on my last softail and my new SG with only new injectors feels to have more power.

The original catalyst muflers sounds like a vw beetle and it is ok for me because of my oppinion a bagger does´nt need to have loud sound.

Happy driving,

-Mikael

My 25° injectors were installed about 7 weeks ago and I will get an occaisional pop when shifting but that is about all. I don't notice any performance difference between the 8° injectors and the 25° injectors but the 25° ones fixed my cold start problem
