This is my point...It wasnt only Water spots on the Chrome.....The rims/wheels were not touch at all . I would nt even be pissed but the Salesman stressed How well this F'n Bike (Quote)would look when I got it home.
I'm filling out the Survey and will be cleaning the Bike myself.
They Way I feel how businesses are run today ...If I did open my mouth , and when I return to dealer for anything ...They'd say ...Oh know here comes that anul bastard again .
My Opinion not to many places anymore pay attention to detail and everyone is in a rush for the Next $
I WOULD NOT tell anyone at the dealership about the **** poor wash job. NOT ANYONE! The detail guys already sees you as some "A Hole MoneyBag". The next time they'll "DO YA RIGHT"
Call the salesman. He'd appreciate it and you'd feel better. I'm sales manager at a Mercedes dealership and would want to to hear about it so we could have a second chance to make you happy.
I'd be COMPLETELY honest on the survey and then I'd probably fax a copy to the GM of the dealership... but that's me lol. I'm a tell it like it is kinda person and sometimes, maybe it's not the best thing but it is what it is...
I agree with those who say honestly fill out the survey plus call the salesman and let him know that you are not happy with his lack of follow through. They are really two different issues as the survey ranks the dealership against other dealers and lets HD and the dealer know where there are areas for improvement within a specific dealership such as the sales staff. The second issue relates to contacting the salesperson regarding his failure to follow through on the detailing of your scoot prior to delivery which he has promised to oversee. Contacting him lets him know that he got caught and gives him an opportunity to correct his failure and retain you as a customer.
Throw it in the trash and find a new dealer. Better yet do the work yourself. The SOB'S at the dealer don't want to hear from another whinner. Next time they might scratch it ACCIDENTLY. I speak from personal experience. Lifes to short to be treated like dog doo!
i do know that the survey is brought to the attention of the dealer, even if you do not call them. So fill it out honostly, and go on about your business.
