I have this same build. You must run that thing on the dyno to get a proper tune. I beleave that you have the wrong exhaust as well. I had problems with my tune with dules. That build moves mass air and it must flow. I had to go with a 2into1 Borzilla made by D&D. That made things work well. I now get 117 hp and torque.
Has anyone found the answer to this issue? I also have a SE113 doing the same thing. It has been on two seperate dynos and both companies feel there is something else wrong.
