I agree, lets just drop the labels because when I'm riding to work in the morning and it's about 19 degrees outside I don't to many of either one to tell you the truth

the diference

Abiker lives, sleeps, eats, breathes, loves, and dies for the life.
He will tell people he is a biker not a trucker, doctor, lawyer, indian
chief. His whole being is about bikes and riding.
A motorcyclist is a wannabe weekender. Nuff said.

Way I see it, Schwinn sells bikes and H-D sells motorcycles. To me that defines biker or motorcyclist

this thread reminds me of that scene from super troopers where he tells her to meet in a resteraunt dressed like a biker, and she shows up like a biker chick and he dresses like a cyclist.
