I ride to work everyday. In my free time, I like to just ride. I wear a black leather jacket when it's cold outside, sometimes black chaps if it is really cold. Not into patches, but if you are that is cool. I like to ride, I like to do my own wrenching on the bike. Started out at about 5 years old on a pull start mini bike, rode just about everything since then. My ride of choice for the last 20 plus years has been Harleys.

I put them in two catagories, bike riders (bikers) and bike owners. Riders ride every day and don't worry if they have some dust or dirt on their bike. Bike owners bring it out of the garage on the weekend, providing it's sunny and warm and go for a little jaunt. I ride mine everyday, and right now it's dirty as hell, but I'll get around to washing it when the weather breaks. I consider myself a Biker.

Kinda reminds me of what a guy said to me at a gas station one day a while back. Was fueling up and a guy next to me started talking about the bike and stuff. All was going good untill he said "You dont look like a biker" I had to ask him "Whats a biker supposed to look like? That pretty much ended the conversation. I said have a good day and went on down the road.

I don't know and I don't care. I ride to work everyday it's not snowing or raining buckets...that can be 120-240 miles a day. I wear textile jackets AND leather jackets. Leather chaps AND textile overpants. On my one day off a week, if the weather's nice, it's 2 up for a couple of hundred miles to make the wife happy. What's that make me? Happy as **** I don't live where it's snowing all the time!
