One question, though, when you stop for fuel, do you ask others also stopped for fuel if their tanks are low? Or, if you go into a resteraunt and you start conversing with others in that resteraunt, do you ask them if they are hungry?
Well...I have a label for you, but I will keep it to myself! You were not there, you didn't hear our conversation.
In my neck of the woods it is o.k. to ask someone if they are a biker. Come on back with your smart *** remarks if you like, but I am done with you.
I usually ask "What do yo ride?" I get called a biker all the time.I can't remember being called a motorcyclist.Did he wink when he answered? Were you wearing chaps when you asked?
WTF............just more dribble. not unlike: is it a motorcycle, a bike, or a scooter? been calling my H-D's scooters for about 35 years. dipsticks are insulted and bikers don't give a sh*t!
so I'd say a motorcyclist is more worried about labels than riding. if you must wave around (and conform) to these RUB (rich urban biker) labels, due caution is advised; a 1%er and a biker are NOT interchangeable, and a motorcyclist is most defiantly a Dork, Dweeb, and/or pansy.
