I've only used pledge on my old windshield and it worked great. Not sure I'd want to put it on my paint?

I'm not sure what the problem is with the cali dusters you've used, or if you just won't, and haven't used that type of thing on your bike; but I've used them for years.

On my 64 GTO with a show quality paint paint job, and on 3 black Harley's, and never had a problem. They need to be shaken frequently when used but never washed or cleaned with cleaners.

They work great for dust only. I use the mini-duster size on my bike between rides. Bottom line, your going to have to wax em(especially black) to get out the fine lines and swirls, but that's a small price to pay for the fastest color!

Now, I'd like to see what pledge can do on my bike. I'm always open to new ideas. Like someone asked above, are you guys waxing off the dust or dusting then pledge-ing?

Lightly get the dust off with the Cali duster, then use the pledge to shine it up. Works just fine with no swirls.

Used the Pledge for years on my bikes. Does a great job but the wax coat doesn't last as long as other waxes. Great when you in a hurry.

I use to use the regular w/o the lemon for years but they stopped making that and had a replacement that was called Forest or something. I always thought the lemon left an oily film and now my brother says there is an orange can that he likes. I guess I'm going have to experiment again since I have about 20 different waxes and detailers that folks have recommended that cost alot more than pledge!

Lemon Pledge. Use it for bugs on the windshield and fairing. Works great on the road. Always have a can along for bugs.

Original Spray Cleaner And Polish - one great detail spray. Works better than Pledge on the plexi and it's meant to be on your bike or car (not furniture polish). Terrific on chrome, also.
