Congrats... guess the counterbalancers being gone made no difference to you on the new bike... That might have been the question, but must not be one...
well it does have a little more vibs than the heritage,it seems more when it up to operating temp and the idle comes down around 950.the heritage never idled that low.i noticed the base of the seat is a little wider up my the fuel tank.and my cover does really work on this model.so far though i miss the heritage(a little bit 1st harley)but this is growing on me fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How does going from a windshield to the fairing feel to you?
I considered the SG, but I'm concerned about being commited to the fairing, as opposed to being able to remove the shield at will.
What do you think?
i never removed the heritage windshield so probably won't be a problem.i'm still getting use to it.with the heritage you can see the front fender/wheel on this you can't.that seems to be the only issue
I too feel the seat is a little to wide in the front section. I am going to saddleman in CA. To have ht ethin my stock seat for only 75 bucks. They will then re install my stock cover.
