Holy crap! I get about 223 miles on the low side (hot ******* + stop & go), and 288 miles on the high side (freeway @ 74mph cruising). I average a solid 45 mpg and I can squeeze in 6.15 gallons of gas if I run it almost dry (10 miles to empty).

I just ran down to Ocean City Maryland last weekend. Mostly highway miles and I got a record for me: 268 miles. I forget how much it took at the fill-up, but I remember that I was pretty impressed that it wasn't close to 6 gallons.
The bike is a stock 96" with Supertrapp 2:1, Ness Big Sucker and a SERT. When I had it dyno tuned I specifically asked the tuner to bias the tune for mileage rather than peak numbers

I've always gone 200-210 miles on one tank. My fill ups are are around 5-5.3 gallons. Never had great mileage stock and no difference with the way I am setup now.

I was wondering the same thing recently so I started checking. My 08RK is stock except for an oil cooler and syn3.With a fair bit of hywy riding I can get about 320 km when the low fuel light comes on.I figure I would get about 380 to 390 km if I emptied the tank. That's around 40 miles per gallon.Should probably get alittle better than that
but I don't think some city riding helps your overall mileage.I'm also a heavy guy.Hope this helps you out.

07 Ultra - 5 gallon tank..
Generally speaking, I'm getting in the high 30's to low 40s for MPG.. so that's 130-170 miles till fuel up time.

It depends on how and where I'm riding. At 65 mph on highways, I get around 45mpg. In town, I get closer to 35. I have an 88" with andrews 37g cams and a thundermax with autotune.

I just got my 09 SG with only 3 miles on it. I got it with a full tank of gas and put 136 miles on it in a matter of a few hours. The tank was nearing empty so I stopped and filled it up with 4 gallons. If my math is right, thats makes 34 mpg. I wast too happy to see that but hell it only had 139 miles on it. With pipes, intake, and a tune I hope to see better.
