I just installed a set of RC Components Nitro wheels 21/18 combo that came with Avon Tires on them. Front is 120/70-21" and rear is 150/70-18" and I was wondering what the tire pressure should be in these ? Does anyone know the link to the Avon website ?
Thanks
Here is the US site. http://www.avonmotorcycle.com/us/en/default.asp
I put Avons on my '07 SG and contacted their Customer Service. They gave me pressures for 1 up light, 1 up heavy, 2up light, and 2up heavy.
I found their suggested pressures a lot higher than I expected.
I'm running Venoms on my 07 RK - stock size (whatever that is). 38 front, 44 rear. Think I got that from their website. I talked with an Avon rep at a show a couple years ago and he cautioned me that they need more pressure than the stock dunlaps.
It's on the tire too. Something like 45-50psi. (My venom has it on there...)
What you're looking a tis the MAX pressure to run in the tires. Go to the website mentioned by vtwinbmx if you can't find it there contact them. They're really good about getting back to you/.
