mike won't send
I have an '02 ultra. Recently I have found that my mike will NOT work. I can hear them speaking on channel 19 etc. of the cb, but I can not broadcast. The intercom also does not pick up my talking. I have two head sets with mikes and neither one works so I am figuring it must be something in the connections. I think I checked all the fuses and they seem OK.
Is there an internal fuse or does anyone have other ideas why it doesn't work? Oh, when I push down to talk channel 19 shows up on display. The intercom does not show when I yell into mike. Thanks for any suggestions on how to fix problem.

Yup, switch is correct. I am wondering if the problem would be in the harness or the radio.
HD dealer said hard to tell. Either have to send radio in to be reconditioned or just start replacing parts till problem is solved. I looked at connections to radio and all look OK, no loose wires etc.

I would try a friends known GOOD headset, J&M or Harley brand to make sure it is your system before I tore it all apart ,,,, plugged in by itself, and then talk to yourself over the intercom, with the intercom volume at max ,,,,,
could just be your headset connection cords ,,,, and one bad one could short out both mikes ,,,,
