It's the only way to go............Much better sound, but I would recommend an amp to push them. They give better bass and just all around better sound. We sell the packages and you can get either the Alpine SPR-17C "R" Series, or the Infinity 62.9i's.

Here's a page with special pricing just for HDForum members: www.throttleupindustries.com/hdforum.html

Good luck with whatever way you decide to go.

With the HogTunes speakers, the fairing brace is jammed up against the speakers magnet, how does the bracket fit (if it does) with 6.5" speakers???

Our speaker adapter allows the speaker to run over the top of the fairing brace. Nothing is removed but your old speakers and there adapter plate to the fairing. Very simple 10 minute install.

I have a set Rockford Fosgate 6.5 marine grade two way speakers. They have a 2.75 mounting depth. Can I use these speakers with your adaptors under a batwing???

Have biketronics setup with their Titan amp and 6.5 speaker with a JVC head unit. No problems with install and fit but just not sure about sound. I have to play with all the features on the JVC to see what kind of sound I can get.
