RE: Roadglides Owners... What is the difference..?
Well I am goint to see what I can do about working something out on the 04. I'd personally thought that was the better route to go but wanted some input. I had an 02 and loved it... rode that booger and rode and rode and well, you get the picture lmao. The bike is actually owned by a woman... mebbe that was her "dawg" airbrushed on the right side bag. She's got a great deal of chrome on the bike which is nice but there are a few things I'd change out on it. I'm personally not a catalog bike kinda person. But I'd be off to a perty good start lmao.
Attached is a pic of my 02 Glide that I sold and one of my 99 Softail that I built... and the X Ole lady
RE: Roadglides Owners... What is the difference..?
Good find on a "new" used bike. I dont think the HK radio is all its cracked up to be. Overpriced OE junk IMO. The only advantage the HK unit will have over the 04 (other than plug and play options $$$$$$$$$$) is MP3 CD playback.
I think that little doggie on the bag is a reflection in the mirror like shine on that sweet Vivid Black paint. Looks like a good value, are they flexible in their selling price?
RE: Roadglides Owners... What is the difference..?
Yes the "Dawgie" is a reflection lmao. As for price, I would say there is some room yes. If not, so be it. I guess it depends on how badly she'd like to move it just like anything else ;-) It's a damn nice bike though. I just found out the Stage 2 kit was done before it ever left the dealership. So she's got 5K on the engine upgrade and the bugs if any should be worked out by now. From what I've read here and other forums, the new HK system has it's issues and there are going to be changes to the 07 lineup.
