Just got a 2010 Road Glide Custom. Is the stock shield on the 2010 lower than on previous years?

Mustang solo seat w/backrest (helps keep my posture up there) to arrive tomorrow. I'm just a hair over 6' tall. And I ride with a full face helmet.

I'd like to eliminate buffeting and still easily look over the top of the windshield if possible. Any suggestions for what I should start with?

Plumcrazeman.... hey! We have the same bike year and color! I know you must love that bike.

So I gotta hear from you how that windshield performs for you? That model looks really skinny on the sides, does that cause more side wind to come in or is it effective? How about the currents around the head? What seat are you using? Many questions, I know... hope you love the effectiveness of the windscreen.

I ended up selling my CB SSC 15 Euro to another member here. Now, I am looking for another shield. I'm thinking about the new Windvest 14". It has a flip up section at the top. But I might go back to CB SSC Euro but try the 17 or 18.

The windshield Performs pretty well, can here the radio now on the highway.Seems like alot of wind coming from below but a set of lowers would take care of that. The bike is all stock.Word on the street is your getting a mustang seat.Did u get it yet,if so how is it,lets see some pics.Did u decide on a exhaust & a/c? I think i might scratch some dough together and do the 103"kit but still cant decide what exhaust to use.Have u done anything to your bike?

Better than stock but not perfect by a long stretch. Looking forward to the lowers now.
