HD 9.5" shield works great for me with a FF Shoei RF1000.
It's fine with a 1/2 helmet too, but I had to take the visor off as it picked up turbulence.

The Klockwerks windsheild did great for me. The only bad was the 13" bagger bars I put on it drove the air straight into my hands.

I'm 6'1", 30" inseam and have a 9" flat top which I see over very easily, I probably could have gotten the 10" and it would have been fine too. I have not found another that competes with these so far.
Yup, I'm thinking of theirs also. Looks good and seems like customers are satisfied.

I have to wear hearing aids. The wind comming around the windshield sometimes aggravates me. I get alot of noise. A full helmet is out of the question because of feedback. Cant turn them off or I wont be able to hear. I have researched windshields and spoke with many people and havnt had much luck finding the right shield so I stick with the stock. Its does a good job with the 1/2 helmet except behind a semi truck or in a cross wind.
