Windshield questions??
Regarding a 2006 EGlide...........
Opinions on ebay windshields. I know you get what you pay for but the price is right as opposed to $100+ for a ClearView.
And...........I had a 1992 EGlide for 15 years and the windshield had a gasket between itself and the fairing halves. This bike doesn't. I can't believe it's an economics issue as what can a gasket cost??
I'm just wondering where all the water is going when the bike sits in the rain (seldom) or is getting a wash even though I'm careful what with all the electronics between the fairings. Especially the gaps at either ends of the shield. Are there internal channels that redirect the water out to the sides?? I've never had the fairing off.

my oem shield on my 2000 dresser didnt have a gasket either , but when i got my new shield , they sent me a gasket that would adhere to the outer faring,, thus sealing the water out... (better than before)
