just so there's no twisting of what happened with my issues, the bike was "fixed" according to the work order that I have and what they stated on the work order that was the cause of the problem was all my fault and I had overfilled it with oil, plus they verbally s**t all over me for using non harley brand oil, plus no service record since new and my wife was right there and heard it as well......if my explanation was heard I shouldn't have had to pay a dime but they said harley wouldn't pay for what was my fault so it got all turned around back to me.....I've since put another 22Km's on the bike since getting it back after the "fix" with no trouble whatsoever, I have the service manual and refer to it quite often so overfilling is not acceptable and I know what the owner's manual says about oil, harley warranty isn't what they say it is when one buys a new bike and that I do know, I'm sure there are lots of warranty success stories out there but IMHO it has alot to do with the stealer, had a few new harley's over the years so I'm not exactly a harley greenhorn and will be alot more cautious on the next harley purchase.........
