Our 09 Ultra was to high at a stop so i bought a sundowner seat and my wife did not like the back half of it so i cut the back half off of the stock seat and glued it to the front of the sundowner seat. This lowered me down a inch or more so my feet are flat on the ground now. I have a 32 inch inseam.

 

I just went with the Mustang 2 peice with the backrest and I think this does the trick. I can flat foot the bike now.

 

Mean City lowered my seat one inch and made the nose more narrow which lets me put my feet flat on the ground when stopped. I also had them replace some of the OEM foam with memory foam which added to the comfort level. Great service and the seat looks stock when on the bike.
