Default Jackpot Baffle Question

I've got a question before I call FuelMoto. I noticed recently noticed a rattling sound coming from the left side of my bike, I originally thought one of the muffler bracket bolts was loose. I checked and they and the clamps were all tight. I basically tracked it down to the baffle in the left muffler, I have the Dyno Tuned Jackpots with small baffle in the left and 2" in the right.

Does this baffle look normal for one that has maybe 600 miles on it?

Has anyone else had a rattling baffle? How did you fix? Id rather fix it myself if possible but I just want to be sure there wasnt something I could do before calling fuelMoto.

This baffle looks completely normal. Give us a call and ask for Keith and he can help you out with some quick tips for "adjustment" or we can send you a new baffle.

Is the baffle held in with a screw? a lot of vibration goes on in the pipes so anything can get loose. My road star aftermarket exhaust had the heatshield and inner pipe held together by a rivet. Although it was holding, it always rattled. I just got used to it. Give fuelmoto a call, but I bet you can just do a bit of fiddling and make sure it fits tightly in there and make sure it is well secured and you'll be golden.
