Never wear one... I have never tried one on that was comfy! I might someday but as of right now its my right and choice (no helmet law in Ill.) to not wear one. Great thread BTW...

Fortunately most of my riding is in Minnesota and Wisconsin and 99.99% on rural highways. The heat is not an issue. I may not be able to ride year round like the S. CA boys, but in the last 5 years I have been in one traffic jam.
I live in OH. No helmet law if you have had a mc license more than 1 year. Scorpion Full Face helmet. I strongly believe it's your head, so it's your choice. I sometimes ride with helmetless friends and they have always been respectful of my choice.
Skid lid all the time. I know it's not much, but it's better than nothing. I hate the parachute effect and mushroom look of most helmets. I have added padding to mine and it has some really good straps.
