I am awaiting an Arc mini 125.2 and 6.5 speakers from Firecap. I am thinking about also ordering a Hogtunes Tweeter Pod from Rideshack to install while I have the fairing apart. I want to keep the factory radio for now. The 6.5's will run off the amp but I was wondering what would be the best way to power the Hogtunes Tweeter Pod as I eventually want to install lowers with speakers and run them in parallel to the amp also.
Thanks for the reply Leeburn. I found the instructions that come with the Tweeter Pod online and see what you mean. The tweeter Pod is 6 ohm and the Arc 6.5's are 4 ohm speakers. Just gotta make sure they can be run like that in parallel on the Arc mini 125.2being two different ohms. Experts feel free to straighten me out.
I also have the same question. I have an ARC amp and 6.5" speakers on order from Wayne and have also ordered a Hogtunes tweeter pod. Given that, I believe the tweeter pod will work according to their instructions.

I have also sent a PM message to Wayne (Firecap) about this issue. I will let you know.
Thanks Scottdoege and let me know what you find out. I called Wayne yesterday to find out the status of my order and didn't have this question in my head at the time. He was busy caring for the in-laws but still trying to get our product out to us. The only question I have now is if it will work with the amp, being the 6.5's are 4 ohm and the tweeter pod is 6 ohm.
Wayne told me that there should be no problem with the Ohm difference in the speakers. You just hook up the tweeter pod to the 6.5" speakers as in the Hogtunes instructions.
I run the HogTunes Hog Pod with Firecap's setup (FD6000 6.5 speakers and 125.2 Arc mini amp) and no problems.
Only thing I had to do was use some tin snips to lessen the width of the connectors that came with the HogPod.. too fat..heh (yea didn't feel like putting on new ones), I put a bit of solder on them after connected with shrink wrap.
If your a member of HDforums you can get the Tweeter Pod from Hogtunes for a little over $150, I plan on buying them also I just installed the 40 watt Hogtunes amp and the sound was so much better than a stock radio.
