I live in New Zealand and Long Ride Shields are in the States.
I sent an email Thursday night NZ time asking after the winshield. I awoke Friday to a reply and sent a return email order. I received a reply while still online before going to work and the deal was done. I ordered 2 screens and paid by Paypal.
I got home from work today (Thursday 5 pm NZ time) to find a package on my doorstep containing 2 screens.
This is less than a week after ordering them from the other side of the world.
I am gobsmacked.
The screens look great and if they perform even half as well as Matt at LRS then I will be a happy camper.
I heartily endorse this company and it's communication and service.
Cheers all and ride safe
Ok so I've had the screen on for a couple weeks now and I've only managed some short hop runs totalling about 500 kms but I can honestly notice a significant improvement. I run an '09 Ultra. I am about 5'10" and had clear vision over the stock screen but was receiving a fair amount of wind bash from the forehead up. With the new screen I'm not getting that anymore (not even when I let the bike go beyond the open road speed limit ).
2 thumbs up.
I am VERY impressed with their product, and even more so with their customer service. i ordered my 10" medium gray for my 08 vivid black streetglide, on Matt's suggestion, as i'm tall at 6'4", and this thing is awesome with controlling the air stream. I'm able to look over the top edge of the shield by 2" or so. perfect. speaking of perfect, the shield arrived with zero flaws, i mean this thing is so perfect you could put it on display at a jewelry store, it's that perfect. second point is the customer service. I called Matt, and he was very knowledgeable about his product and his customer base as well, and he suggested at my height, the 10" would work well. spot on, it did. i explained to him that i have no actual physical address, living out in the middle of nowhere oklahoma only having a p.o. box. no problem, he shipped it via priority mail. now that's what i view as a company that is more than willing to succeed. am I impressed? you bet your ***, I am. and get this, the shield was ready to ship, unlike some other competitors shields that can take from 4 to 6 weeks to get. On top of all of this, i got the shield on a sale weekend that they were having. a whole lot of bang for the buck.

I got the 9" Light Tint Windshield. The '09 Ultra comes with a 9" screen as standard so i just replaced it. Being as I live in New Zealand I really didn't have the opportunity to try diferent heights hence the size for size replacement which as it turns out was spot on.
I am way happy with the screen and can't say enough about the service.
Just be carefull when you put your new screen in and start tightening the bolts though. I fugged up and since you can't use loctite I overtightened the bolts a bit and now I have a small crack in the left side. Don't know me own strength eh? (mug me really).
