I've been experiencing some front brake pulsation lately with about 13K miles on my bike. I had also replaced the original 407 tire at 8K due to severe cupping. The current tire looked fine so far. In any case I took my bike in to Westminster Harley-Davidson to see what could be done about the pulsation. Steve, the SM, said he doubted Harley would do anything under warranty based on the mileage but he'd give it a try. When I came back to pick the bike up Steve had replaced both brake rotors and the front tire all at no charge. He said he didn't know if he could get the front tire warrantied or not but it didn't feel right to him on the freeway so he replaced it.
I've experienced this type of service from Westminster before so it was no anomaly. They just "take care" of things. Which is how it should be.
On a side note, when I dropped it off I realized it was on reserve but had enough for a test ride. When I picked it up it had a full tank. Nobody said a word about it. How do you like that?

Thats great news...after hearing all the nightmare stories about dealers that don't give a sh$t about their customers...I'd let Steve know how much you appreciate being treated like a valued customer!!
I've only had good experiences with them also, they're not the biggest or most popular thats why I like the "small shop" old school feel. Best shop in OC
