Bike was running on one cylinder the other day halfway home from 100 miler, tried to lope home but she gave out...Pulled the plugs later and found one plug had broken and center electrode was broken and up inside the plug. Second plugs gap was off.
Now I had just changed the plugs (HD plugs from Stealer) less than 500 miles prior. Had not dropped them and had checked the gap on both. I probably got an extra feeler gauge strip stuck together when checking, is the only thing I can come up with. So that would be my fault.
I was very lucky no part of the plug ended up inside the ol' engine there
