oil temp gauge led or bulb?

oil temp gauge led or bulb?
does anybody know if the fairing mount temp gauge is a LED or bulb? don't feeling like taking off the fairing to look but for some reason I think it uses LEDS and not a bulb.

They are bulbs. I replaced all mine with red LEDs from Superbright LEDs. They are WLED-xHP5 lights. They really illuminate the gauges at night!!

HD gauge has bulb. Same as other HD gauges.
Replaced all of mine when one went out. Hate taking outer fairing off the "ugly" bike (RG). Actually, should say, hate process of putting outer fairing back on RG.

I just today replaced the burned out front fender tip marker light with a LED from HD. The bulb was very small. Cross referance it and if it is the same bulb Harley has a small LED for it. Mine was orange of course but they may have white.

Thanks for post about LED option for gauges.
Like said, hate have to go into fairing so, LEDs should have longer life than normal globes.
front fender light no voltage at socket or upstream connector
2007 FLHP Road King Police, front fender lamp is fed through a 2 pole connector inside the headlamp housing. wires are grey/purple stripe and grey/brown stripe and go inside the main wiring harness under the tank.
Does anyone know where these wires are fed from, or know where there is a downloadable wiring diagram covering this area??
