I posted a reply in another post on this subject but received no response. I was considering installing dual antennas from a stock HD radio on my 2008 Road Glide. The issue I am finding is locating an antenna cable with a dual connector cable that will fit the HD antenna mounts. I can not find one made by Harley. Any suggestions are appreciated.
I looked into this a while back mainley for looks (balance freak) and found an adapter from a company on the net (sorry do not remeber who) but they did not recommend doing it because they would be too close and interfer with each other. This was an adapter from the rear where the antenna is mounted on the left side. Basicly a tee and run another cable from it around under the seat and to the other side of the fender. There was another guy on here that did it but he found a "Y" to put in behind the radio and run a new cable to the rear fender. I was afraid to do all of that work and it does no good or makes the reception worse so thinking of just buying the mounting bracket for the right side and mounting an antenna just for looks but not hooked up to anything.
Looks good. I like the 2 little blue running lights and those chrome HD plates too. Although.... how is the reception now, compared to before you did this?

Thanks Lost just a little reception distance but not bad. Listen to my I pod most times. I'm a balance freak too.
