The "crosstalk" you speak of in the stock headpipe is caused by reversion which is possible due to the way the stock inlet and outlet pipes merge in the collector. This is not an issue with our headpipe.

I'm thinking of using your head pipes with Klock Werks SS Mufflers (https://www.kustombaggers.com/products/?id=239). I saw these up close and really like the look and finish. Thoughts?

These mufflers would fit our headpipes but we have not tested them

Do these pipes use the 2010 O2 sensors? I don't see provisions for them in the pix but maybe I am missing them?

Thanks,

Ben

C&P for Fuel Moto.com

Jackpot Dyno Tuned 2/1/2 headpipes are the highest quality, best performing headpipe on the market. Designed specifically for the performance and tuning characteristics of the 96", 103" and 110" engines these 2/1/2 headpipes provide proven performance gains with a broad torque curve other pipes cannot match.

Our headpipes feature 304 Series Stainless Steel construction throughout with precisely machined billet Stainless Steel exhaust collars for maximum sealing and engagement into the exhaust port. Fully purged and painstakingly applied hand TIG welding is utilized through-out.

Dual Stainless Steel 18mm and 12mm Oxygen Sensor bungs accommodate stock O2 sensors as well as Wideband O2 sensors for closed loop tuning modules on all 2009 and 2010 bikes. This give users a wide range of options for EFI tuners.

Exclusive Jackpot "Tandem-Flow" large diameter merge collectors. This design allows maximum flow and convergence through the right side muffler path for maximum performance. Precise left exit spigot connects to OEM under-swingarm crossover pipe

Precisely vectored and formed CNC mandrel bent tubes assures full radius flow and exacting fitment

Heavy duty stainless steel mounting bracket is utilized for securing to the OEM mounting

Designed to work with Jackpot mufflers as well as other aftermarket and OEM mufflers , retains OEM exhaust shields

Jackpot headpipes do not have a catalyst and are not emissions compliant on OEM catalyst equipped vehicles.

2/1/2 Headpipes will allow 2010 Street Glide / Road Glide to be converted from a 2/1 single pipe to a dual exhaust*
* requires Jackpot heat shield extension which is $20.00 and additional OEM parts as listed below

Excellent performance increases with a Huge reduction of radiant and residual heat

Jamie...do you have any dyno data comparing your new SS 2/1/2 headpipe with a high quality 2/1 headpipe like the D&D FatCat or Pro-pipe? I realize that a true 2/1 will likely have stronger dyno #s, but if its close, your headpipe with OEM mufflers or higher performance mufflers might make for a "smarter" decision for the guy that wants a dual exhaust look and still wants measureable performance improvement.

How much do project your new 2/1/2 headpipe gives up to a true 2/1 headpipe?

Please call me for information. Out of respect for the other manufacturers and the products we distribute and represent we do not post direct comparisons. With that being said, the #s from our 2/1/2 headipipe and Dyno tuned mufflers were the best we have ever seen on a stock 96" motor with any exhaust we have ever tested.

I am thinking that your headpipe will work with the stock mufflers and air cleaner without any tuning? Not sure what I want to do with any other mods yet (ie tuner and air cleaner or big bore) but I want to stick to stock sound levels.
