Your bike will take:
20-24oz in tranny.....I would run 22oz
32oz in primary
3.5qts in engine
Therefore, if you are running syn3 in all three holes you should only need 5qts of syn3 to do all three holes. You will also need two #11105 drain plug o-rings (tranny and oil) and you will need a chaincase inspection cover gasket (unless you are doing a clutch adjustment, then you would need to open the derby cover and you would need the 25416-99C, but if you are only draining and filling the primary it is easier to fill through the inspection cover). The inspection cover gasket is 34906-85D

Tools were not covered though T-27 T-40 torx head. 3/8 allen wrench, oil filter strap ( some will not work on the filter because of the Crankshaft Position Sensor) 5/8 socket, Torque wrench is recommended but I have done without. Just be carefull
Service Manual is a must for doing your own maintenance, P\N 99483-03A
because of other service checks like Primary Chain when you have the primary chain cover off etc. etc.
