Well I just finished my install! Everything went very smooth, except for pulling the throttle side wires! Ended up taking it to the dealer to have them pull that side!! Working slow and following your service, manual you can DIY and save a **** ton of money!! Thanks TexasSG for the directions!!
Congrats CHAMP... i ended up doing something similar myself.. i dropped a few bucks at the dealer for some "help" with the install.... but i saved a BOAT LOAD doing most of the work myself.. especially since i did a painted inner fairing at the same time.
I'm sure you're enjoying those new bars..i LOVE mine.. can't believe how much they changed the whole feel and attitude of the bike.
I am installing santee 11" mini apes on my 2010 sg, you guys think i will need new brake and clutch lines to do this? If ao, anything elae that i would need to buy? Thanks!
I would like the instructions too please. I have the bars and extension kit. I am just doing my homework prior to taking on the challenge. mrbreeze@***.net

I did +2 clutch for my PYO 10's. +4 probably wouldn't hurt. I'm sure some guys here can tell you clutch length they used for PYO 12's. Brake line I didn't need but think PYO 12 guys did. Makes you pivotal. Maybe buy it just in case and return if you don't need. Make sure you test full lock to make sure brake line is long enough. Wires you are good if you run under radio.
Buying SE TBW is recomended to make running the wires a lot easier but it comes with a price.
Do a search. The information is in these forums. I fear that some of the people that know have stopped reading this thread b/c it has turned into more of asking for PY's directions then actually talking about the install.
