If you are really thinking about doing this, get PM me and I'll guide you to the cheapest place to buy them and give you the other secrets I figured out.
Its not a secret man, just post him what he needs in the thread, it will be a good pictorial for others later maybe even a sticky.
Its not cloak and dagger stuff
I saw a good video on BR custom's site, it was about wiring I think but they have many videos, I think it was pretty simple after those but I am sure you could you tube it and find a plethora of vids.
I decided to take the plunge and get hidden controls and cables, no throttle or brake cables, zero just bars, so they are doing them for me for a small fee, lol,(yeah right)

It's hard to tell on some photos but for a 5'8" rider would the 10" Yaffe Monkey bars most likely be the right height? Which bars are almost even with the top of the batwing? Some pics showing from front view might answer this question. Thanks.......

The answers you seek are subjective.
If pushed forward MBB 10's are right at the top of the fairing. The bottom of the grip basically lines up with the top of the fairing. Some people pull the bars towards themselves though. That makes them seam sorter. This likely is where much of your confusion lies in looking at pics.
As far as your height: One 5'8" guy might have a 32" inseam and one might have a 28". Which means one has a longer torso and make them appear taller in the saddle. Your seat can also make a difference on how high you sit. Having said all that though: I'd guess 10's are the height for you.
If it helps my pic shows MBB 10's pushed forward. I'm 6ft, inseam is 32, seat is lowered 2" (not in pic), and I'd have gone with 12's except I don't like the "over the fairing" look.
I can see now what you are talking about with them being moved forward or backward. I most likely will have mine pulled back some away from the batwing. Thanks for the picture also.

I like those, are you still able to see out of your stock mirrors? Did you have to lengthen the wires and cables?
Sorry I realize I'm "C"ing my way into an A/B conversation, but...
Mike---> you don't seem to have any mirrors at all. Do you???
Jeepin'--->The answer I always hear to this question is that you CAN'T use factory SG mirrors with 10's but you can with 12's. On wires and cables: '09 up wires and brake line are OK with 10's. If you re-route (outside fairing) you COULD keep factory clutch cable but it's not recommended. I went +2 and some have gone +4.

No worries about "Cing" you way into the conversation.. we're all here to help
and you're right i don't have any mirrors... NOT YET ..haven't made up my mind on what to do...
which leads to the other question... can you use stock mirrors with 10" MBBs.. and thats why i haven't installed any mirrors yet.. the best answer i can give is it REALLY depends on how tall you are. Ya see, i'm only 5'6" so it is much easier for me to see under the grip to where the fairing mirrors are then say a guy that's 6'1".... the mirrors will still be somewhat obstructed for me but still useful..and when you think about how big the fairing mirrors are compared to some of the artermarket mirrors, the useful area would probably be about the same...
As for cables i say you can't use stock lines with 10" bars... i did my swap myself and i just don't see how it can be done, THE RIGHT WAY..
i went +4 on both, basically the same price as +2, so i figured why not have some extra breathing room..
