Try looking on Youtube. Look for BRCustomBars. The guy does a step by step bar replacement (proper measuring, take off, feeding wires through bars, wiring, control install etc.) It's the best one that I've found and has good detail. Also, take a look at his bars. They are very nice! Good luck.

LOVE the RF setup! I'm no audiophile and I haven't really done a side by side comparison but it sounds great at all speeds and volumes.

just started putting my 12'' Monkey bars on today i got the string pull through the bars but im cannt seem to get the throttle wire passed the up sweep..could someone email me the instructions please... sdflhx2010@yahoo.com
messed around for about an hour still cant get the throttle and control wires past the first sweep. i can pull the throttle all the way by its self, but cant get the control wires at all.. do you cut the wire ends off the then splice them back???

You're working on the hard part. I wound up super gluing the green connector and then just worked it back & forth & back & forth &...........until it finally went through, royal PITA!
BTW, I see you're from NW PA, I lived in Erie for 7 or 8 years in the late 80's, Cheers!
