You can't lift the wheel, the bolts aren't long enough. If you get longer ones, it's doubtful you could lift the wheel, but if you did, it would be te front wheel.
I also use the center stand in my garage, gives me more room. I always use the kickstand also, I think someone on this forum mentioned that it should also be used (I actually don't remember). When you put the kickstand down with the bike on the center stand, the kickstand won't touch the ground.
One morning I came down to the garage and found the bike on the kickstand. Don't know how it came off, but was damn glad I had the kickstand down!!
