I also started my cam swap this week, planning to take my time and use the entire week between Christmas & New Years. Taking lots of photos and will post with itemized parts list upon completion. I made sure all parts were on hand before cracking the first bolt, but must have had a brain fart when ordering parts. When I went to install cams into the new style SE billet plate, I realized I had the wrong plate. No parts available in NC or SC HD dealers and Harley is closed for holidays, so no parts until at least the 4th. AAAAGGGGGHHHHHH. So much for the best laid plans.
