it's for the 09 RG--the SG has the semi-wide belt on it--i think it will hold up a little better than the new thin belts -- it's been so cold here I have not had a chance to ride it -- we still have ice on some streets -- I did see a guy riding Sunday it was 20 degrees out with ice -- he was on a Honda Shadow -- I was thinking that must have be his only means of transportation -- I got cold looking at him

I almost installed one for a customer recently, but discovered the aftermarket (cheap-o?) rear bling-bling pulley was worn and cutting the belt(s).
i have a 2010 flhtk limited with a 113. dyno last friday was 120.3 hp and 114.23 ft lbs. i have climb into it a few times and today it stripped every tooth off of the belt. i dont want the mess of a chain but seems that is the only way. any suggestions????

check your belt tension. My bike is making more grunt than yours and my belt looked great last time I changed the back tyre.
Either that or stop trying to get it on the back wheel at every opportunity!
here was my kit. for an 05 but andy had 07 up in production as well.
Don't waste your time with 3guyz. I've had at least 8 or 10 conversations with Andy about this over the course of a couple months. In the end he blew me off with a price of $1500 or so. They're not interested in doing it. They need to get a '09 and up chassis bike in there to do the mockup. First two convo's I had with Andy he told me bring the bike it, he'd mock it up and do the labor for free if I pay for parts.
After many follow-up calls from me (as he claims he was getting the run-around from his vendors) he finally threw a number at me just to make me go away. Whatever. There are two local guys who'll do it complete for 1/2 the number Andy gave me. Like I would pay for their R&D time so they can use my bike to make a kit to sell to everyone else... Umm, no.
