Thumb screw makes it even easier than it already was. I installed one of the HD ones without the logo insert because you can't see it anyway.

You would actually put a thumb-screw on your Ultra without an HD logo? I can't believe I'm hearing this. You can't see it, but you'll know it isn't there and it will eat on you for life.

Use a BFH to get the seat off. Putting it back on is a little harder.

well there can be....u got a drill dont ya...then you could use it as a cooler and the ice water would drain out lol

i've seen that done...and I've also seen a guy that did his saddlebags and put a petcock on the bottom so the cold water would stay in the bag until he was ready to reload...funny thing...haven't seen that guy in a long time

when I bought my king the sales manager told my wife...you can put 1 case of beer and and 8lb bag of ice in each saddlebag....that f*cker almost ruined the sale...like my wife needed to hear that....but I do like the petcock idea...I may have to look into that!!!
