5'8". 16's put my hands just slightly above my shoulders. Just got the bike, so the jury is out on comfort. Feels good so far, but may drop to 14's in the future.
A lot of the feedback on this thread is making me feel better about my purchase. I ordered 17" Carlini Evil Apes for my RKC. My worry was that many say the Carlini's run taller than advertised but these bars had the right height and pullback for what was measured for me. They should arrive Thursday and the install will be Saturday most likely. I will post a thread once they're on and I have ridden with them some. I'm 5'11 with a 32" inseam and 75" wingspan for point of reference. I was considering 16" Wild one bars but the pullback is 12" and one of the issues I have with the heritage bars is that there is too much pullback.
I'm 6"2 and placed an order with the local chopper shop to put on Burly 13" baggerbars on my 09 RKC. After reading this poll and associated threads I'm a little concerned that I didn't go 14 or even 16. There's nowhere for me to try this out that I can find so I have to just take my best shot, but do you think I might be safer going with 14's or 16's? I can probably still change the order - until tomorrow.
I'm 6' 3", 14"s are a perfect fit for me. Not too high, fine for everyday riding and longer distances. I'm sure I could ride with 16's or 18's with no issues whatsoever, but I wouldn't want to go on multi-day trips with them.
Go big or go home. I have a danny gray seat that lowers me quite a bit and I'm only 5'9". I have 16's but wish I had 18's. My arms are straight out in front of me. No higher or lower than the shoulder. I can ride three hours without issue.

17" Santee's, pushed almost all the way forward. Feel great though I haven't finished the install yet. Had 12" mini's on 6" risers on my old sporty and loved them. Sure this will even be better!
And for the record, I bought the bike with 16's already on it and going to 20's is a HUGE difference in comfort. I sit up straight and don't have to slouch now
