How was your Saturday test ride? I will receive my Jackpot 2-1-2 and PC 5 Thursday and will be testing the mod this weekend. I have a similar setup, Stage 1 with HD Heavy Breather, Fat Shotz slipons on a 2010 Ultra Limited. Based on what I have done so far, I believe when I get rid of the cat that this should be the final mod. The tone and volume as it is now however, is just a little bit softer than I prefer.
My Jackpot headers went on no problem but I had a little trouble getting the heat shields to fit in place and they still don't look quite right, especially the shield for the front headpipe. Maybe I'm just looking too close.
I also have a slight issue with shield fitment, the one that goes over the collector doesn't fit correctly over the forward ones ,it sticks out away from them and leaves about 3/16" sort of scoop facing forward (maybe its for extra cooling) LOL

Thank you for the great feedback on the Jackpot head pipes. Installing the shields takes about 10 minutes and if anyone needs help on getting them lined up just give us as call and we are here to help. On a side note if anyone would like us to install the heat shields for them they are welcome to send us their shields and will install them on our Jackpot pipe for no charge. The stock heat shields fit our headpipe just like the stock pipe, and just like installing them on the stock pipe it takes a little patience to get them lined up perfectly. It is important to leave them slighly loose while adjusting them and to first get the front shield orientated and rotated correctly so it aligns with the center section. We have sold a huge amount of these head pipes and also installed many of them at our shop with no heat shield fitment issues whatsoever, and like any heat shield installation it can take a little extra effort to get them aligned just right. If anyone has any questions or needs assistance just let us know and we are here to help.
Here are pictures of both sides of the head pipe with the heat shield installed:
If I remember, the instructions said to mount the shields on the header before bolting the header to the motor. I installed the header first, then the shields. No problems and looks like the stock set-up. Header quality is top notch!!
Just got back from Daytona Today and weather was finally good enough to take Limited on a test ride ,everythig was great and after geting home ( only 20 mile ride) put bike up on lift and adjusted my questionable heat shield after reading Jamies post , it fits like factory now. Its almost a shame to cover this 2/1/2 pipe as it is a work of art. YES ,BETTER THAN REINHART.
