Got mine yesterday. I was installing a adjustable backrest and I noticed that a plug was not plugged in near the ecm, not sure if it came loose or it was never plugged in. its the one just in front of the ecm red male plug. Anyone have any Idea. I took it for a ride and it was fine. It may just not have been plugged in all the way and when i moved the ecm from its holder it came undone. Other than that I love the new bike, I had a 06 flhxi it had more leg room. But the 103 makes me forget about that. I tried out the antilock brakes today and I must say it was different. I only have 100 miles on it so time will tell.
My gas gauge was broken. It showed no gas when there was about 2.5 gallons left in the tank. The dealer replaced it after I asked if it could be adjusted to be more accurate. Over 1800 miles and counting.... :-)
2900 mi. on my FLTRX since Oct. Lookin' forward to ridin' a bunch now that winter's waning. Had a little front wheel wobble due to not having done the steering head adjustment at 1k and somewhat low tires. Fixed. LOVE this bike!
I have a 2010 Road King with just over 12,000 miles on it.
So far it has been OK.
I did have 2 motor mounts and a stabilizer replaced under warranty. There is a harsh vibration that I get in the upper RPM range of any gear. It is being tracked down and I am confident it will be resolved.
Other than that one issue it has been a dream.
Can't wait to hit some longer tours this Summer. I've done a few shorter milage runs like Daytona(700+miles), but really want to spend some miles on it soon. I came off a Superglide and it is a big comfort jump.
Bought my 2010 FLHTK on Feb 20 and hit 500 miles last Friday..............weather has been been nice one day and crappy the next couple.........noticed a little heat in the seat the last time but encouraged to read that it tends to reduce after more miles are on the bike. Ride safe everyone !
I bought my FLHTK on 3-10-10 with 1 mile on it. Now I have 210 miles on it or so no problems. It snowed on Saturday morning so waiting for it to warm back up again.
