Ignition Problems
I recently bought an 06 Electra Glide Standard. After I had had her home I went for a ride and locked the forks and ignition when I made a stop. When I went to leave, I could not get the ignition to unlock. The key was in all the way but would not turn to unlock. After 30 minutes of trying, it unlocked. I tried liquid graphite but that did not work either. I read about 06's having simular problems here, but never saw if there was an official recall from H-D. It seemed that all the other ones were fixed under warrenty. I obviously don't have a warranty. I looked on line but no luck there. Before I deal with the dealer, I was wondering if H-D had an official recall on the 06 ignitions.
