Does any one have this on a 08,09, or 10 bike? If so is it worth the money? I seem to have a problem finding a seat that does not hurt my A$$. I would hate to buy another seat that is useless. The earlier years are a little different so I am looking for comments on 08-10 only.
It is the mounts on the earlier models that are different. They were changed when Harley went to the 6 gallon tank.
We have a Zep on our '06, and love it. It is 22" wide across the hips, compared to about 16" for the stock. That alone makes a world of difference. The adjustable air pressure in three separate chambers (two for the passenger) gives you unlimited adjustment as you ride.

The new ones have 2 chambers for the rider and one for the passenger.
nice for long road trips but i did not like for normal weekend riding. i am 6'1" and its hard to reach the ground on my 09 road glide with this seat. it not only raises you up but it is so wide at the front that it spreads your legs way out. ok for riding but not good for light to light riding imo....also raises me up so that whe i have it on i get the wind buffeting issues that i don't have when sitting lower on my badlander. it raises me up at least 2".....ride safe
I've gota new RZ seat on order from LSHD. I usually ride about 20k a year, but I'm finding the older I get the more a** fatigue I suffer from. The RZ price from LSHD was 559.00 delievered, I hope it was money well spent. I've a 3500 mile trip planned in the middle of April, I'll give you a comfort report when I return.
I agree with Sparky01 - I'm 6'2" with a 34" inseam, and it's a wide stretch to touch the ground at the lights. the seat really raises you up. That being said, I wouldn't trade my Zep for anything. I haven't found a limit to the amount of time I can stay in the saddle now. It's awesome. Road Zep +1.
I ordered one today for $564 plus tax, and they are backorder from Harley
Did you get your seat??? Hate to think they are on BO for this long. Where did U order it from. Local HD dealer has one in stock for the '09, but he won't come off the $699 price.
