Default Tour Pack Backrest Vibration

Anyone elses significant other complain about the backrest vibration on the tour pack? My wife says it vibrates a lot at idle. And she's right, it does. Any fixes for this or will it get better with more miles? I only have 300 miles on my 2010 EGC.

Thanks

My OL says the same thing. She says after ( sometimes even during) a ride her back "Tingles" and afterwards she says it feels like it is vibrating afterwards on an 04 EGC. I asked if that is all that vibrates while riding and she says "AH yes!!" O'well!! So its not only yours.

....... your tourpak & back rest apparently remain firmly attached to the 96ci vibration generator it was shipped with. If vibration persists, detach.

the 09 camp started talkin about this, the new frame design is stiffer in the rear so it makes sense that it will transfer more vibes, could try some rubber on the tourpack mounts?

Yeah you'll get some crazy vibration. Its just an American tradition.

I just take mine off with the Quick Disconnect.

Some people pay high price for vibration and use chit load of batteries but with Harley it's all complimentary that's great service by the MOTO co.
