Default Help!!!

I have an 07 Ultra Classic. The issue is as follows: Cruise control worked fine, then did not work, now works. Taillights including those on trunk go from bright to dim. Battery is running down. Bike went through a phase where it would die at idle but would start right back up. Any suggestions? Thanks for any replies. Have a great day.

It sounds like the charging system is not working correctly. I would start by checking the battery voltage with the bike running. It should be around 14 volts ( check your gauge). These bikes need the proper voltage for all the electroinics to function correctly. You may have a bad battery, stator, ect.

I agree jones you should go check your battery and charging sytem. Also check all the wires for tightness.

That sounds like a grounding problem to me. Those are a bitch to find sometimes too.
