The only thing that seems overheated is the rider.

If the motor goes into the 3-step overheating mode, the event will be recorded in the ECM's memory.
This info can be retrieved with the H-D scan tool.

Hi, my friend has a SE 103 Electra Glide, and while on holiday in Portugal he was stuck in traffic and the oil light started to flicker, and idle rough because of the heat. When he got back home to the UK he bought a nice big chromium fan that fits where the horn goes. He just bolted the horn somewhere else. It is thermo controlled and he also has a bypass switch. It cools the cylinders down in seconds, and looks great as well. He has never had anymore problems with overheating since. The fan is an after market HD part.

Brian.
