Ok I am thinking of installing an air ride suspension on my 07 RK. Which system offers the best ride quality for a 115# rider with a 28" inseam? Would I be better off to go with a 13" shock and dont run it up all the way or run 12" shock extended completly? I currently am running 11.25" bitchin bagger shocks but would like a little better ride.

i have the arnott system on my 09 st.glide and personally think it's the best option for short riders as you have a lot of adjustment and they ride pretty close to stock once you find the setting thats right for you. the only draw back is that they can be expensive.
I like my Arnott system too but, @ almost 300# & a 31" inseam, makes it hard for me to reccomend it for your application. I think DR. V-Twin sells them & is a site sponsor. Send Drew @ Dr. V-Twin a PM for forum member discounted pricing.
Arnott has the best customer service bar none. Got them on the V Rod and soon to be on the Ultra. I bought via a dist and can call them direct for advance replacement parts and tech advice. Had a problem I could not track down, they shipped me replacement parts n/c. Wanted a more slammed look on the V Rod and they moved the internal bump stops no charge. They are a little expensive but between them and Hog Pro, no better customer service in the HD aftermarket business.
Thanks to all that responded. I am thinking of getting the shocks from Arnott that are adjustable rebound, that way maybe I can tune them for my light weight.
Look into Platinum air too, they have 2 air lines, one on the the top and another on the bottom, I had the Arrnott for 2 years and it was just ok. Shooter64 from Cateye customs recommended the Platinum and went with the Arrnott, I guess next time I'll listen better. Call him or PM him and he can explain why the Platinum is better. Price is about the same.
I run the Arnott with damping adjustments on them they are 12" and the whole dampening thing is what makes the Arnott work for me. Without that adjustment I would probablly not like them very much as I had to sdjust them to my conditions to find the ride I was looking for.
I agree that you need the dampening adjustments for it to work well. Any system with dampening costs more but is well worth it. If you have ridden both you know the difference.
