Default 09 Ultra license tag bracket question

Hi all
Want to change out the turn signal bar on my 09 Ultra and while looking around found something similar to the HD bullet kit by Kuryakyn, and also saw a curved license plate bracket for the lower part of the rear fender. My stock set up looks like the tag bracket supports the tour pack. Is there anything out there that allows me to move the stock bracket and still support the TP?
Thanks

I removed the tour pack on my '09 Ultra Classic. In the process, I discovered the license plate mount is part of the tour pak mount. I had already decided to relocate the license place anyhow and ended up using a setup for a 2009/'10 Road King Standard. This turn signal light bar is a little shorter than the stock one.

Isn't this a duplicate thread??

Have you looked at the Harley Quick Disconnect Tour Pak Mount?
You can go two ways.

One way is with the complete kit.

Detachable Tour-PakŽ Rack Kit for Electra GlideŽ - '09-Later Models
Transform your Electra GlideŽ model for around town cruising. This kit includes everything needed to convert the rigid-mount Tour-PakŽ to an easy on-and-off detachable version. Complete kit includes two-up docking hardware kit, Detachable Two-Up Tour-PakŽ Rack, chrome strut covers, chrome license plate holder, reflector, and AM/FM antenna relocation hardware.
Fits '09-later FLHTC, FLHTCU and FLHTK models. FLHTCU and FLHTK models require separate purchase of Tour-PakŽ Quick Disconnect Harness for Ultra Models P/N 70032-09
53246-09A
$549.95
(This has a License relocation that just moves the mounting point of the plate to a different place. The license plate is still above the tail light.)

Or you can just get the rack and 4 Point Docking Hardware kit separately.
You would need to move the License Plate yourself. (Like the Kuryakyn kit you talked about.)

Detachable Two-Up Tour-PakŽ Mounting Rack
Change your riding style in less than 60 seconds. The ultimate in touring flexibility, this Tour-PakŽ Rack makes the convenience and protection of a Razor-Pak, Chopped, King, or Leather Tour-PakŽ Luggage System a simple on-and-off proposition. Simple turn latches mount the rack to the bike's docking points, and allow you to replace the Tour-PakŽ with a detachable sissy bar upright for around-town cruising. The chrome-plated Detachable Rack positions a Tour-PakŽ behind the passenger pillion, and allows the passenger to use the luggage as a supporting backrest. Adjustable over a 3/4" range, the Tour-PakŽ can be located for maximum passenger room and comfort. Tour-PakŽ, Passenger Backrest Pad, and Docking Hardware Kit sold separately.
53276-09A
$179.95

Detachable Two-Up Tour-PakŽ Mounting Rack
The ideal choice for maximum versatility, this complete kit contains the docking hardware necessary to install all Detachable accessory options. Even if you only install a passenger backrest today, this kit allows you to add additional accessories as your touring demands change. Provides docking points to allow installation of Detachable Sissy Bar, Solo Luggage Rack, 2-Up Luggage Rack, Solo Tour-PakŽ Rack or 2-Up Tour-PakŽ Rack.
54205-09
$149.95
(Note: You would still require separate purchase of Tour-PakŽ Quick Disconnect Harness for Ultra Models P/N 70032-09 if using the Tour Pak.)

some of us with detachable tour paks use the 2010 style road king signal bar, plate mount w/ LEDS bolts right up, if you have a fender tip light, then a splice will be needed for both it and the plate LEDS, no big deal- it is done all inside the tail light housing. also get the red lens with no top window.

this is available at the dealer- but many RK owners swap to a FLHX type rear signal- so the complete set can be purchased as a take-off. check the classified boards here and your local craigslist.

should be under $100

to find part numbers, they are all here:

SoftBrakes' Stainless Steel License Plate Relocator Part Number: SB-SSLPR is another option for cheap and easy relo. I also added the Arlen Ness plate frame as well.

I have the Kuryakyn 3165 Curved Plate Bracket mounted to my 2012 HD Quick Disconnect Tour Pak Bracket. The one that comes with the HD Quick Disconnect Kit is really fugly. It fit's just fine, I just had to get 2 SS Bolts that were about a 1/4"longer. I know it says 97-08, but it does fit well, and look's good too.
